NEW US NON-IMMIGRANT VISA FORM (DS-160)

The Embassy of the United States of America in Bridgetown, Barbados has advised that applicants for a non-immigrant visa are hereby informed that as of March 22, 2010, a new form DS-160 will replace the DS-156, and supplementary DS-157 and DS-158, which were required by certain applicants.

The DS-160 form may be accessed online from the website of the Consular Section: 

http://barbados.usembassy.gov/non-immigrant_visas.html.

The form will still need to be completed online and digitally signed.

Applicants will also be required to upload their photo.

The confirmation page of the DS-160 with a scanable barcode (1 page) should be printed and brought to the interview together with a 2”x2” full-face colour photograph, applicant’s passport and supporting documents.
